If the care for the body you were born in can be regulated by the Federal government, how free can you be?
If they are not governing continuation? N in your neighborhood? Them to do with good or evil are worthy? at the whim of the elect? No pod? To then be forced to do what he said he remained in that body?

some people believe that the government owns you.
You are required to wear seat belts
forbidden from doing certain kinds of drugs
forbidden from engaging in the wrong kinds of sex
it is illegal to terminate your own life
you are required to go to school between certain ages.
and soon if Obama has his way it will be illegal to not have health insurance.
all of those are activities that harm no-one except yourself.

Seems to me the point of your question is that we should all become doctors to provide our own health care to ourselves, which makes no sense.
um, what do you mean? the republicans want to regulate what you do with your body, what you put into it as a consenting adult, and they are fine with terminating that life as an adult. Right now, many of these people crying socialist marxist nazism and complaining about the government getting involved in health care are beneficiaries of a goverment run healthcare program called medicare. go figure
